Hi there — thank you for visiting my site. My name is Ahmad Joarder, CPA, also known as “AJ the CPA.”

I founded Joarder Accounting Services because I believe business owners deserve more than a once-a-year conversation with their accountant. My goal is to provide healthcare professionals  and professional service firms with proactive tax, accounting, and advisory solutions designed to help them keep more of what they earn, remain compliant, and make smarter financial decisions.

As a Florida native, I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and my Master’s Degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University (Go Owls!).

I bring over 16 years of professional experience across tax, accounting, financial statement audits, and business advisory. Prior to launching my public accounting career with Deloitte, I reviewed thousands of tax returns and provided tax guidance as a Financial Aid Verification Specialist. At Deloitte, I worked on both public and private company financial statement audit engagements. I also specialized in Information Technology (IT) audits, evaluating IT environments for security risks, internal controls, and compliance requirements.

Today, I specialize in helping healthcare professionals and professional service firm owners with proactive tax planning, outsourced accounting, and strategic financial guidance. I use my background in tax, audit, and advisory to help business owners strengthen their financial foundation, stay compliant, and navigate important decisions with confidence.
